I have already Placed my Order. Can I add more items to the same order?

No, Once the order is placed, you won’t be able to add more items in it. You have to place another order to shop again before shipping order.

I need to return an item; how do I arrange for a pick-up?

You can initiate a pick up within 10 days of receiving your order. Once you have started the process for a pick-up, our logistic partners will contact you with the details. Please ensure that the items are properly packed with the order number/invoice number on top of the packet. You have to send us Photos of the order before return.

If you choose to self-ship the products, kindly address the package to the below-mentioned address. Additionally, please mention the invoice number and the number of items you are sending on a paper and keep it inside the package.

What are the modes of refund available after cancellation?

Once your return of the product has been approved, we will refund the product cost to you in the form of store credits in your User Account, which shall be required to be exercised within a period of 120 (One hundred and Twenty) days from the date of such credit. If you have opted for an exchange, we will exchange the product with a new product as per the return request.

The store credits shall only be limited to the amount of purchase cost and not the shipping cost. Further, the store credits shall be non-transferable.

If it’s due to manufacturing default, we will refund your amount as per the Refund and Return Policy.
